I am writing to thankyou and to thank the young man (I think his name was Bobbie), who responded to a call made by myself on Wednesday evening on the 20th July concerning a blown flexi-hose to hot tap in bathroom.
Although unable to complete the job, he made sure all was left safe and made arrangements to complete the job with one of your plumbers the following morning.
Both were very polite and helpful and completed the job to a very high standard.I will certainly recommend your company to anyone that is in need of assistance with plumbing etc.
